Since this is the first time we have had contact from you it may explain why we haven't got back to you.

Try downloading and installing Microsoft Access 2007 Runtime by following the link below:

Hi,

Your emails may have been Spam filtered out so we never received them.

Easy Invoicing requires Access 2007, please try the file as above.

I have tried the link, nothing happens.
When I open access I can find my easy eight but it will not save to my desktop. Also says that is not compatible with any access later than 2010, but it takes me to your download section and asked me to download a version of easy eight that is compatible with access 2010 and beyond but again nothing happens.
So a little bit lost when being sent links to websites that already have which automatically update to the latest version. As my office package now is operating off access 2016 and when I try and change it it turns into an unhappy bunny.
My problem is now easy eight will not appear on my desktop no matter what I try, so I'm looking to yourselves for some divine inspiration

There's a severe lack of divinity here where Microsoft Office 2016 is concerned.

I would suggest that your Microsoft Office has messed things up.

The link I referred to above does work, I tried it myself - look for the bright orange button that says 'Download' on it.

I will try to help where I can but I think your beef is going to be with Microsoft who, arguably, quote that their products are backwards compatible with earlier version databases.

Here's the link for Access 2007 once again - give it a try:
