Unable to backup

I have opened a new folder for backup on an ext HDD and it is showing the correct Backup filepath on Backup & Registration page. Received this message when trying to backup to it.

There has been an error in the program
Error Number:53
Error Description: File not found:MouseHook
Error Location: Form_frm_3_environment_Form_Unload

Any help appreciated thanks

If you are seeing an error 53 this suggest you may be trying to open the backup file instead of the main copy which should remain on your hard drive in the Easy Invoicing 8 folder and is accessed using the Desktop or Start Menu icons.

Backup copies are not intended for use, they are there in case you need to recover them.

Error 53 means the database cannot find it's dependent files / components.  These files usually exist in the Easy Invoicing folder on the root of your hard drive.
